مدى مساهمة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير وتحسين تطبيقات التعليم الإلكتروني "الجامعات الليبية نموذجا"

Abstract

Libyan universities have recently witnessed many rapid changes in the field of scientific and technological development to shift to distance education, or what is known as e-education to confront (Covid-19), which made them change their programs, methods and teaching strategies in order to keep pace with development and seek to adopt quality standards that It allows it to establish an educational system that balances reality at all political, cultural, technological and social levels, and because the educational process is constantly searching for modern methods, methods and strategies, regardless of the end of the delinquent (Covid-19 virus) and that higher education, like other fields, is looking for its electronic and advanced technological version And by using artificial intelligence techniques and programs, which is considered the technology of the age, considering that it touched all areas of life, starting with simple computers, through smart devices and electronic applications, to the most complex devices. This paper deals with the possibilities provided by the fields of artificial intelligence and its uses, and the optimization of the student and professor, and among the topics covered by the paper is the use of these techniques in the processes of evaluating the results of exams remotely, and the creation of smart platforms for curricula and others to reach high quality in e-learning as it is inevitably established in universities Libya even after the end of the pandemic (Covid-19 virus).

شهدت الجامعات الليبية مؤخرا العديد من التغيرات المتسارعة في مجال التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي للتحول الى التعليم عن بعد، أو ما يعرف بالتعليم الالكتروني لمجابهة (فيروس كوفيد-19)، مما جعلها تغير برامجها وأساليبها والاستراتيجيات التدريسية الخاصة بها وذلك لمواكبة التطور وسعيا منها لتبني معايير الجودة التي تسمح لها بوضع نظام تعليمي يوازن بين الواقع على جميع الأصعدة السياسية والثقافية والتكنولوجية والاجتماعية ولأن العملية التعليمية دائمة البحث عن الطرق والأساليب والاستراتيجيات الحديثة، بغض النظر عن انتهاء الجانحة (فيروس كوفيد-19) وان التعليم العالي كغيره من المجالات الأخرى يبحث عن نسخته الالكترونية والتكنولوجية المتطورة وذلك باستخدامه لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وبرامجه والذي يعد تقنية العصر على اعتبار أنه مس كل المجالات الحياتية بدءً بأجهزة الحواسيب البسيطة مرورا بالأجهزة الذكية والتطبيقات الالكترونية وصولا الى الأجهزة الأكثر تعقيدا. تتناول هذه الورقة الإمكانيات التي توفرها مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي واستخداماتها، والاستفادة المثلى للطالب والأستاذ، ومن المواضيع التي تناولتها الورقة استخدام هذه التقنيات في عمليات تقييم نتائج الامتحانات عن بعد، وإنشاء منصات ذكية للمناهج وغيرها للوصول الى جودة عالية في التعليم الالكتروني باعتباره قائم لا محال في الجامعات الليبية حتى بعد انتهاء جانحة (فيروس كوفيد-19).
