اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي (دراسة ميدانية بكلية الآداب العجيلات)

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وذلك من خلال التعرف على كل من : أهمية التقنيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية، و تأثير التقنيات الحديثة على عناصر العملية التعليمية ، و وأبرز المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام وسائل التقنية الحديثة في البحث العلمي ، ثم الكشف عن الفروق من عدمها بين متغير النوع واتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في المؤسسات التعليمية ، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (31) عضو هيئة تدريس جامعي ، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لهذا النوع من البحوث ، واستخدمت الاستبيان بوصفه أداة جمع البيانات من عينة البحث . وأسفر الدراسة عن النتائج التالية حيث أشارت نتائج البحث أن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في المؤسسات التعليمية إيجابية ، وذلك من خلال تأثير التقنيات الحديثة على عناصر العملية التعليمية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية ، ومعوقات استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في العمليات التعليمية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية جاءت بدرجات عالية . وأيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متغير النوع و واتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في المؤسسات التعليمية لصالح الإناث .

The research dealt with the application of modern technologies in scientific research within educational institutions, through identifying each of: the importance of modern technologies in the educational process, the impact of modern technologies on the elements of the educational process, and the most important obstacles that prevent the use of modern technology in scientific research, Then revealing the differences or not between the gender variable and the importance of applying modern technologies in scientific research within educational institutions, and the research community consisted of (31) university teaching staff members, and the researcher followed the descriptive approach to its suitability for this type of research, and used the questionnaire as a data collection tool from the research community. The search yielded the following results: - The results of the research indicated that the importance of modern technologies in the educational process within educational institutions, the impact of modern technologies on the elements of the educational process within educational institutions, and obstacles to using modern technologies in educational processes within educational institutions came with high degrees. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the gender variable and the importance of applying modern technologies in scientific research within educational institutions in favor of females
