التدريب الإلكتروني كمدخل لتطوير العملية التعليمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي

Abstract

برزت الحاجة إلى استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني في المؤسسات التعليمية من أجل مواكبة التقنيات الحديثة وتوفير الوقت والمال والجهد، أيضا كوسيلة حديثة يمكن استخدامها في إدارة وإعداد البرامج التي تحتاجها العملية التعليمية، استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني يمكن هذه المؤسسات التعليمية من التغلب على المشكلات التي يعاني منها التدريب التقليدي من خلال الاطلاع على الجانب المهم والمعاصر الذي يتسم بالإبداع لو أمكن استخدامه الاستخدام الأمثل في تطوير العملية التعليمية في ليبيا. بناء على ما سبق، كان موضوع هذه الدراسة حول الإجابة عن التساؤل التالي: كيف يمكن استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني كمدخل لتطوير العملية التعليمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي؟ قدمت هذه الدراسة إطار نظري حول مفهوم التدريب الإلكتروني بكل جوانبه وأهم الإستراتيجيات التي يجب إتباعها ومدى مساهمتها في تطوير العملية التعليمية في ليبيا. حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي من خلال عرض وتحليل الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بمتغيرات الدراسة. أخيرا، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن التدريب الإلكتروني يعتبر وسيلة متطورة تعمل على تحقيق جملة من الأهداف مثل رفع وبناء القدرات وتطوير المهارات التطبيقية والذي ينعكس على تطوير العملية التعليمية. أيضا، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني إستراتيجية واضحة للتحول من التدريب التقليدي إلى التدريب الإلكتروني، كذلك استحداث وحدة للتدريب الإلكتروني في وزارة التعليم العالي تقوم بالإشراف والمتابعة وتوفير كل متطلبات استخدامه.

The need to use electronic training in educational institutions has emerged in order to keep pace with modern technologies and save time, money and effort, and using the electronic training enables these educational institutions to overcome the problems that traditional training suffers from through focusing on the important and contemporary aspect of creativity, and use it to make the best use in developing the educational process. The subject of this study was: how can e-training be used as an input to develop the educational process in higher education institutions? This study provided a theoretical framework on the concept of electronic training in all its aspects. This study relied on the inductive and deductive approach by presenting and analyzing previous studies related to the study variables. The results of this study were: the electronic training is an advanced method that manages to achieve some goals such as raising and building capabilities and developing application skills, which can development of the educational process. also, the necessity of adopting a clear strategy to turn from traditional to electronic training, additional to, create the electronic training department in the ministry of higher education that provides all requirements for its use.
