أثر التحول الرقمي على مقاربات التعليم: التعليم الالكتروني - دراسة حالة الديوان الوطني للتعليم والتكوين عن بعد

Abstract

التحول الرقمي الذي أعاد صياغة كافة السيرورات المرتبط بمختلف الأنشطة وأحدث تغيير جذري في جميع الميادين، وخاصة في مجال التعليم، وسمح بإدماج طرق واساليب تعليمية حديثة، تعتمد على التفاعل، التشارك وعلى استخدام العديد من الوسائل، الوسائط والبرامج التكنولوجية، وهذا استجابة لجميع الرهانات والتحديات التي تواجه التعليم التقليدي في عصر سريع التغير، فضلا على التحولات الامنية والصحية التي تجعل الاعتماد على الاقسام التقليدية أمرا جد صعب. وفي هذا السياق جاءت دراستنا بهدف الكشف عن أثر التحول الرقمي على ظهور وتطور التعليم الالكتروني. وقد اعتمدنا المنهج الكيفي، واخترنا الملاحظة، المقابلة المفتوحة، تحليل الخطاب، التقارير، المعلومات الوثائقية الورقية والرقمية، المواقع الالكترونية الخاصة بالديوان الوطني للتعليم والتكوين عن بعد الجزائري كطريقة لجمع البيانات. وقسمنا الدراسة إلى جزئيين، تناولنا في الجزء الاول أهم ما جاءت به أدبيات التحول الرقمي والتعليم الإلكتروني من مفاهيم ومقاربات، وتناولنا في الجزء الثاني نشأة وتطور التعليم الإلكتروني وأهم المقاربات التي مر بها التعليم الجزائري. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن رغم التغير الذي أحدثه التحول الرقمي بالانتقال من الطرق الكلاسيكية للتعليم الالكتروني إلى استعمال المنصات التعليمية التشاركية التفاعلية الحديثة، الا أن هذه المقاربات لم ترقى إلى تحقيق الاهداف المرجوة، لذا تقترح دراستنا اعتماد مقاربة هجينة تجمع بين طرق التعليم التقليدية وطرق التعليم الإلكتروني.

The digital transformation that has reformulated all the processes associated with various activities and has brought about a radical change in all fields, especially in the field of education, It allowed the incorporation of modern educational methods, It depends on interaction, sharing and using many tools, media and technology programs, this is in response to all the bets and challenges facing traditional education in a rapidly changing age, as well as the security and health transformations that make relying on traditional departments very difficult. In this context, our study aims to reveal the impact of digital transformation on the emergence and development of e-learning. And we have adopted a qualitative approach, we chose observation, open interviews, speech analysis, reports, Collecting paper and digital documentary information, The websites of the National Office for Distance Education and Training as a method of data collection. We divided the study into two parts. In the first part, we addressed the most important concepts and approaches of the literature of digital transformation and e-learning, In the second part, we discussed the emergence and development of e-learning and the most important approaches that Algerian education has gone through. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is that despite the change brought about by the digital transformation by the transition from the classical methods of e-learning to the use of modern participatory interactive learning platforms, these approaches did not amount to achieving the desired goals, Therefore, our study proposes adopting a hybrid approach that combines traditional education approaches with the e-learning approach.
