مستوى جودة التدريب الالكتروني في ضوء معايير ومؤشرات التعليم الالكتروني في جامعة الزاوية من وجهة نظر المتدربين

Abstract

جودة التعليم الالكتروني لا تكمن في توصيل المعلومات الكترونيا الى المتعلم فقط ولكنها تعني التفاعل بين عناصرالعملية التعليمية في بيئة التعليم الالكتروني, ونجاح نظام التعليم الالكتروني يعتمد على تحقيقة لمعايير الجودة المعتمدة , فاالهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم مستوى جودة التدريب الالكتروني في ضوء معايير ومؤشرات التعليم الالكتروني في جامعة الزاوية من وجهة نظر المتدربين أنفسهم وتحديد أثر المتغيرات (الجنس, الدرجة العلمية, التخصص) على مستوى جودة التدريب الالكتروني ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير قائمة لمعايير ومؤشرات التدريب الالكتروني في ضوء معاييرالتعليم الالكتروني في جامعة الزاوية ووضعها في صورة استبانة مكونة من أربع مجالات (المحتوى والتصميم للبرنامج التدريبي _ تنظيم البرنامج التدريبي _ تقويم المدرب_ تقويم المخرجات) ,تم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من (41) عضومن اعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الزاوية ممن تلقوا برنامج التدريب الالكتروني, وتمت معالجة البيانات ببرنامج الرزم الاحصائية وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن متوسط الدرجة الكلية لجودة التدريب الالكتروني في ضوء معايير ومؤشرات التدريب الالكتروني في جامعة الزاوية من وجهة نظر المتدربين أنفسهم على جميع مجالات الدراسة (3.67) أي بدرجة كبيرة وكذلك كشفت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 في مستوى جودة التدريب الالكتروني تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس,الدرجة العلمية, التخصص), واوصت الدراسة: 1- الاستفادة من قائمة المعايير والمؤشرات التى تم تطويرها لاغراض هذه الدراسة في تقويم وتطوير البرامج التدريبية الالكترونية. 2- تنمية قدرات المدربين في كفايات التدريب الفعال

The quality of e-learning does not lie in delivering information electronically to the learner only ,but it means the interaction between the elements of the educational process in the e-learning environment, and the success of the e-learning system depends on achieving the approved quality standards, the aim of this study is assess the level of quality of e-training in the light of standards and indicators of e-learning at Al-zawia University,from the perspective of the trainees themselves, determining the impact of each of the varibles (gender,academic degree and specialization)at the level of quality of electronic training, and to achieve the purposes of the study, the researcher developed a list of standards and indicators of electronic training in the light of the standards of electronic education at the University of Zawia and developed it in the form of a questionnaire consisting of four areas(the content and design for the training program- organizing the training program-the trainers evaluation - the output evaluation) was done, Distributingthem on a sample consisting of(41) membersof the faculty at Zwia University who recived the e-training program , and the data was processedin (spss ) program,the results of the study showed that the average total degree of quality e-training in light of standards and indicators of e-training at Zawia University from the point of view the trainees themselves in all areas of study is(3.67),i,e ,significantly,and the results also revealed the absence of statstically significant differences at the level of significance α=0.05in the level of quality of electronic training according to (gender ,academic degree and specialization). study recommended: 1- Take advantage of the list of criteria and indicators that were developed for the purposes of this study in evaluating and developing electroinic training programs. 2- Develop the capabilities of trainers in the competencies of effective training.
