تقييم بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني في جامعة مصراتة

Abstract

بدأت الجامعات الليبية ومن بينها جامعة مصراتة، تقديم عدد من الخدمات الإلكترونية في مجال التعليم عن بعد منذ فترة، ولكن الملاحظ ان هذه الخدمات لم ترتكز على أي دراسات واضحة لتحديد الحالة الراهنة والمتطلبات بشكل دقيق لإطلاق مثل هذه البرامج التي بدأت تتزايد الحاجة إليها خاصة مع الانتشار السريع لجائحة كورونا مؤخرا، والتي حتمت على كل المؤسسات التعليمية إطلاق برامج للتعليم الإلكتروني لخدمة طلابها. إن تقييم بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني يجب أن تتم وفق خطوات واضحة لضمان جودة هذه الخدمات، والقدرة على متابعتها وتشخيص مواطن الضعف والقصور فيها. في هذه الدراسة تم استخدام نموذج قياس نضج التعلم الإلكتروني (e-Learning Maturity Model - eMM) لقياس التطبيق الراهن لتجربة التعلم الإلكتروني في جامعة مصراتة في كلياتها المختلفة ومن خلال المساهمين في العملية التعليمية، حيث تم طرح استبيان إلكتروني يغطي كامل كليات الجامعة، وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى تحديد مجموعة من العلميات التي يجب تحسينها والعمل عليها بشكل مكثف لزيادة جودة العملية التعليمة الإلكترونية والتي يشترك فيها طيف واسع من المحاضرين والطلاب والمديرين والتقنيين وغيرهم من المساهمين في العملية التعليمية ضمانا لجودتها ومساهمة في تحسينها، والأهم هو تطبيق هذه التوصيات بشكل دقيق وقياس مدى التحسن في تقديم الخدمة في دراسات مستقبلية.

Libyan universities, including the University of Misurata, began providing several electronic services in the field of distance education some time ago, but these services were not based on any studies to determine the current situation and requirements to launch such programs that increasingly needed, especially with the rapid spread of corona pandemic recently, which necessitated all educational institutions to launch e-learning programs to serve their students. The evaluation of the e-learning environment must be carried out according to clear steps to ensure the quality of these services, the ability to follow them, and diagnose their weaknesses and limitations. In this study, an e-Learning Maturity Model (eMM) was used to measure the current application of the e-learning experience at Misurata University in its various colleges and through contributors to the educational processes, where an electronic questionnaire covering the entire faculties of the university was presented, analysis and discussion Results. The study concluded to define a set of processes that must be improved and work intensively to increase the quality of the e-learning process and in which a wide range of lecturers, students, administrators, technicians and other contributors to the educational process participate to ensure its quality and contribute to its improvement, the most important is to implement these recommendations accurately and measure The extent of improvement in service delivery in future studies
