دور التعليم الالكتروني في استمرار التعليم الجامعي خلال جائحة كورونا 2020 - دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على الدور الهام الذي لعبه التعليم الالكتروني بصنفيه التزامني و اللا تزامني خلال الأزمة الصحية العالمية التي سببها فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19 ، بعد أن صار التعليم عن بعد الخيار الوحيد لإنقاذ السنة الدراسية واستكمال البرامج التعليمية، على إثر قرارات إغلاق المدارس والجامعات وتوقف التعليم الحضوري للحد من انتشار الفيروس، ولرصد ذلك الدور قمنا بدراسة اثنوجرافية للمعطيات والتقارير الصادرة عن سير العملية التعليمية المتعلقة بجامعة حائل منذ تاريخ التوقف الكلي عن الدراسة بتاريخ 15 مارس الى غاية اختتام السنة الجامعية في 14 ماي 2020. وقد تبين أن الجامعة تمكنت خلال 24 ساعة فقط من تطبيق الحجر الصحي من التحول الشامل الى البيئة الرقمية والتغلب على كل العراقيل التي واجهت المعلمين والمتعلمين عن طريق التدريب الميداني الذي سهل مباشرة التعليم الافتراضي دون أي توقف في سير الدروس، وهو ما مكن من تسجيل أزيد من 95 مليون دقيقة تعليمية، وإنشاء أكثر من 49 ألف فصل افتراضي وهو ما يؤكد الدور الفاعل الذي لعبه التعليم الالكتروني في إنجاح السنة الجامعية 2019/2020.

It was found That the university was able, within only 24 hours, to implement the quarantine of the comprehensive transformation into the digital environnement and overcome all obstacles That faced teachers and learners through field training, which facilitated direct virtual education without any interruption in lessons. This enabled more than 95 million educational minutes to be recorded, and the creation of more than 49,000 virtual classes, which confirms the active role That e-learning played in making the academic year 2019/2020 successful.
