قدرة المدن الذكية على مواجهة أزمة وباء الفيروس التاجي 2019 لتنمية مستدامة- دراسة حالة سنغافورة

Abstract

تعتبر المدن أماكن مميزة، حيث تقدم حياة أفضل للعيش، لذلك ينزح إليها الكثير من الأفراد، الأمر الذي عمل على زيادة المشاكل بها. وعليه، تم العمل على إعداد مناهج ووسائل وطرق جديدة لتحسين العيش بها، ومنه ظهر ما يعرف بالمدن الذكية. وبتعرض العالم اليوم لوباء الفيروس التاجي 2019، جندت الحكومات كل السلطات لإدارة انتشار هذا الفيروس، حيث تباينت ردود الفعل بين الدول. وفي هذه الورقة البحثية يتم دراسة قدرة المدن الذكية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة خلال فترة وباء الفيروس التاجي 2019 في جزيرة سنغافورة تحديدا، وذلك لما تتمتع به هذه الدولة من ميزة تصنيف سنغافورة المدينة الأكثر ذكاء في العالم لعام 2019، حيث يتم تبين مساهمة المدن الذكية في سنغافورة في تنمية مستدامة بدعم الجانب الصحي الذي يغذي سلامة الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للتنمية، وهو الأمر الذي حققته في الموجة الأولى من انتشار الفيروس، أين اثنت عليها منظمة الصحة العالمية من حيث النتائج المبهرة في مقاومة انتشار مرض الفيروس التاجي 2019. ومن هنا يظهر جليا ضرورة التحول نحو المدن الذكية خاصة في ظل توقع أن تكون هناك نكبات أخرى مستقبلية بشأن أمراض مشابهة للوباء الحالي.

Cities are considered distinctive places, offering a better life to live, so a lot of individuals are fleeing to them, which increased the problems in them. Accordingly, work has been done to prepare new approaches, means and methods to improve life in it, and from it emerged what is known as smart cities. Today, as the world is exposed to the coronavirus 2019, governments have recruited all authorities to manage the spread of this virus, with different reactions among countries. In this research paper, the ability of smart cities to achieve sustainable development during the coronary epidemic period 2019 on the island of Singapore is examined specifically, due to the advantage of this country of the classification of Singapore as the most intelligent city in the world for 2019, where the contribution of smart cities in Singapore is shown In sustainable development with the support of the health side that nurtures the social and economic safety of development, which was achieved in the first wave of the spread of the virus, where the World Health Organization praised it for the impressive results in combating the spread of coronavirus 2019. Hence clearly shows the need to shift towards Smart cities, especially in light of the expectation that there will be other future calamities related to diseases similar to the current epidemic.
