Abstract

إن التحول إلى أسلوب الإدارة الالكترونية حتمية تفرضها التغيرات العالمية والتقدم العلمي والتقني والمطالبة المستمرة برفع جودة المخرجات وضمان سلامة العمليات، ففكرة التكامل والمشاركة وتوظيف المعلومات أصبحت أحد محددات النجاح لأي مؤسسة. كما يعتبر عامل الوقت أحد أهم مجالات التنافسية بين المؤسسات، فلم يعد من المقبول الآن تأخر تنفيذ العمليات بدعوى التحسين والتجديد الذي يحد من القدرات التنافسية في ظل ارتباط فرص المنافسة بالسبق في الإنجاز. هذه الأمور دعت إلى ضرورة التطور الإداري نحو الإدارة الالكترونية.

The idea of integration, participating and hiring information has become one of the determinants of success for any establishment. Time factor is also considered as one of the most important fields of competition between institutions, it is not acceptable any more to delay the implementation of operations due to improvement and renewal limits competitive capacities in light of the competition opportunities being linked to precedence in achieving, these matters called to the necessity of administrative development toward electronic management
