Abstract

تناول البحث دور التعليم الإلكتروني داخل المؤسسات التعليمية والمراكز البحثية، دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي، وذلك للتعرف على دور التعليم الإلكتروني في المجالات التالية (مجال احتياجات عضو هيئة التدريس، مجال العملية التعليمية، ومجال جودة الخدمة التعليمية)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (150) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة جمع البيانات من عينة البحث. وأسفر البحث عن النتائج التالية: أن دور التعليم الإلكتروني في مجال احتياجات عضو هيئة التدريس جاء بدرجة عالية. أن دور التعليم الإلكتروني في مجال العملية التعليمية جاء بدرجة عالية. أن دور التعليم الإلكتروني في مجال جودة الخدمة التعليمية جاء بدرجة عالية.

The research dealt with the role of e-learning within educational institutions and research centers, an exploratory study on a sample of university faculty members, in order to identify the role of e-learning in the following fields (the field of the needs of the faculty member, the field of the educational process, and the field of educational service quality), and the research sample consisted Of (150) members of the university teaching staff, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire as a data collection tool from the research sample. The search yielded the following results: - The role of e-learning in the field of faculty member needs came in a high degree. - The role of e-learning in the field of the educational process came with a high degree. - The role of e-learning in the field of educational service quality came in a high degree.
