دور العلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل في تحسين المهارات الأساسية لأطفال طيف التوحد من وجهة نظر الاخصائيين

Abstract

العجز الحركي شائع وواسع النطاق في اضطرابات النمو العصبي، وخاصة اضطراب طيف التوحد (ASD) يهدف البحث للتعرف على دور للعلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل في تحسين المهارات الفكرية والانشطة الاجتماعية - تحسين المهارات الحركية - تحسين المهارات الحياتية لأطفال طيف التوحد؟- ماهي الفروق في وجهة نظر الاخصائيين حول تأثير العلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل على تحسين المهارات الأساسية وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور _ اناث) - الخبرة العملية . عينة البحث: تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية حيث تكونت عينة البحث من بعض المعالجين الطبيعيين العاملين بمراكز العلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل بمدينة طرابلس، وبلغ عددهم (50) اخصائي, وكانت الاستنتاجات في ضوء ما توصلت له الدراسة فإنه يمكن استنتاج ما يلي: - للعلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل دور فعال في تحسين المهارات الفكرية والأنشطة الاجتماعية لمصابين بطيف التوحد من وجهة نظر اخصائيين العلاج الطبيعي - للعلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل دور فعال في تحسين المهارات الحركية للأطفال المصابين طيف التوحد - للعلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل دور فعال في تحسين المهارات الحياتية لدى أطفال طيف التوحد مما يساعد في تخفيف العبء الملقى على عاتق الاهل - أن العلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل هي أداة فعالة للأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد لتحسين الحالة البدنية ومهارات الاتصال ولها فوائد مهمة للنمو الجسدي والنفسي. - وجود فروق معنوية في وجهة نظر الاخصائيين حول تأثير العلاج الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل على تحسين المهارات الأساسية وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور _ اناث) لصالح الاناث بينما كانت الفروق في الخبرة العملية لصالح الأكثر خبرة عملية. ABSTRACT: Motor deficits are common and widespread in neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The research aims to identify the role of physical therapy and rehabilitation in improving intellectual skills and social activities - improving motor skills - improving life skills for children on the autism spectrum? - What are the differences in point of view? Specialists on the effect of physical therapy and rehabilitation on improving basic skills according to the gender variable (males - females) - practical experience. Research sample: The sample was chosen randomly. The research sample consisted of some physical therapists working in physical therapy and rehabilitation centers in the city of Tripoli, and their number reached (50) specialists. The conclusions were, in light of what the study reached, the following can be concluded: Physical therapy and rehabilitation have an effective role in improving the intellectual skills and social activities of people with autism spectrum disorder from the point of view of physical therapists. - Physical therapy and rehabilitation have an effective role in improving the motor skills of children with autism spectrum disorder - Physical therapy and rehabilitation have an effective role in improving the life skills of children on the autism spectrum, which helps reduce the burden placed on the parents. Physical therapy and rehabilitation are an effective tool for children with autism spectrum disorder to improve physical condition and communication skills and have important benefits for physical and psychological development. - There were significant differences in the specialists’ point of view about the effect of physical therapy and rehabilitation on improving basic skills according to the gender variable (males - females) in favor of females, while the differences in practical experience were in favor of those with more practical experience.
