المعوقات التي تواجه المدربين واللاعبين داخل الأندية الرياضية ببلدية الزاوية الغرب

Abstract

تعتبر التربية الرياضية داخل الأندية في مقدمة أسلحة المواجهة والتعامل مع معطيات العصر الحديث فهى الوسيلة الأكثر فاعلية وتأثير لبناء النشء والشباب بناء متكاملا في مختلف جوانب السلوك الإنساني، حيث تساهم الأندية الرياضية في بناء شخصية الافراد واكتساب القدرة على المشاركة الإيجابية في المجتمع وتمكين ذو القدرات والمواهب في بلوغ اقصى ما يمكن ان تصل اليه طاقاتهم وتوفير مقومات الصحة والسلامة الجسدية والنفسية والعقلية والاجتماعية والخلقية من اجل المواطنة الصالحة، ويهدف البحث التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه المدربين واللاعبين داخل الأندية الرياضية ببلدية الزاوية الغرب واجرى البحث على عينة عشوائية قوامها(55) في الفترة الزمنية (4 ـ 3 ـ 2023) استخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان والمقابلة الشخصية كوسيلة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، والمنهج الوصفى كمنهج علمى للبحث وطبق البحث على عينة عشوائية من المدربين واللاعبين داخل الاندية الرياضية ببلدية الزاوية الغرب وقد توصلت الباحثة الى وجود معوقات تتعلق بالبنية التحتية، وكذلك نقص في الميزانية وعدم صرف حوافز للمدربين واللاعبين، ومعوقات في النظام الادراى، ومعوقات تتعلق بالجانب الاعلامى للأندية الرياضية، وجاءت اهم التوصيات كالتالي :ضرورة وضع استراتيجية محددة للأندية، صرف الحوافز والمكافأة المالية للمدربين واللاعبين، توفير الاجهزة الرياضية للأندية، تنظيم ندوات ومؤتمرات علمية لزيادة وعى المدربين واللاعبين بالنادي. Abstract Physical education within clubs is considered at the forefront of weapons of confrontation and dealing with the data of the modern era. It is the most effective and influential means of building youth and young people in an integrated manner in various aspects of human behavior. Sports clubs contribute to building the character of individuals, gaining the ability to participate positively in society, and empowering those with abilities and talents in reaching the maximum of their potential and providing the elements of physical, psychological, mental, social and moral health and safety for the sake of good citizenship. The research aims to identify the obstacles facing coaches and players within sports clubs in the municipality of West Zawia Municipality. The research was conducted on a random s (55) in the time period (4 - 3 – 2023) The researcher used the questionnaire and personal interviews as a means of collecting information and data, and the descriptive method as a scientific method for research. The research was applied to a random sample of coaches and players within the sports clubs in the municipality of West Zawia Municipality. The researcher found that there are obstacles related to infrastructure, as well as a lack of budget and non-disbursement of incentives for players and coaches, and other obstacles. In the administrative system, and obstacles related to the media aspect of sports clubs, the most important recommendations were as follows: the necessity of developing a specific strategy for clubs, disbursing financial incentives and rewards to players and coaches, providing sports equipment to clubs, and organizing scientific seminars and conferences to increase the awareness of coaches and players about the club.
