Abstract

ملخص الدراسة الحمد لله ربي العالمين ، والصلاة والسلام على سيد ولد آدم أجمعين ، وعلى صحبه وأتباعه إلى يوم الدين . إن دراسة مناهج العلماء في تدوين ونقد الحديث من الأمور المهمة ، التي تساعد طالب العلم على فهم القضايا الحديثية المختلفة ، وتكون له باباً واسعاً يلج منه لعلم الحديث الشريف بمختلف فروعه . ومن هنا تناولت دراستي موضوع ( محمد أبو زهو ومنهجه في تدوين الحديث الشريف ونقده )، وذلك من خلال كتابيه ( الحديث والمحدثون ، ومكانة السنة في الإسلام ) . وقد تضمنت الدراسة بعد المقدمة ، تمهيداً للتعريف بالمؤلف ، من خلال عرضٍ لبعض جوانب حياته ، للتعريف به وبآثاره العلمية . ثم تناولت الدراسة في الباب الأول: منهج المؤلف في تدوين الحديث الشريف في العصور المختلفة ابتداءً بعصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ثم صحابته ، إلى عصر التابعين وتابعيهم ، مع بيان أهم القضايا التي برزت في هذه الحقبة ، من مثل رواية الحديث ، وكتابته ، وظهور الوضع فيه وتدوين الحديث ، وكذلك الشبهات المتعلقة بهذه القضايا . وتناولت الدراسة في الباب الثاني : منهج المؤلف في مصنفات الحديث التي ظهرت في القرن الثالث والرابع الهجري ، وكذلك المختصرات والشروح التي جاءت بعد ذلك . كما تطرقت الدراسة في الباب الثالث : لمنهج المؤلف في نقد الحديث الشريف سنداً ومتناً ، وبيان القضايا المتعلقة بهما ، ثم الردود على الشبهات الموجهة لكليهما . كما اعتنت الدراسة ببيان موقف المؤلف من بعض القضايا الحديثية المهمة ، وكذلك رأيه من بعض الفرق . وختمت الدراسة بأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث من خلال دراسة هذا الموضوع ، وكذلك توصية مهمة في حق هؤلاء الأعلام ، الذين بذلوا الجهود الكبيرة ، في مجال إحياء علوم الشريعة الإسلامية ، ولم يجدوا منا كبير اهتمام .

Research Abstract All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace be upon His Messenger and his companions and followers until the Day of Judgment. It is of utmost importance to study the methodologies of the Scholars in asserting the validity and authenticity of Hadith, which helps students understand various issues surrounding hadith, it would open the door for them to delve further into the study of Hadith with its different branches. That is why I decided to research the following topic (Mohammed Abu Zaho and his Methodology of Evaluating Hadith) My research has included after the introduction, a preface detailing the author, through which I shed some light on some aspects of his life, hoping to reveal some of his intellectual accomplishments. Afterward in the first section: I detailed the methodology of the author in evaluating Hadith over the different periods, starting with the Prophet's and companion's era, to the era of their successor's, while detailing the important issues and causes of suspicion arising in their eras, such as the verbal passage of Hadith, the writing of hadith, the appearance of wad‘ (fabrication), and the preserving of hadith. In the second section: I detailed the author's methodology in evaluating the hadith of the third and fourth century, as well as the summaries and annotations that came after the fourth century. In the third section on The author's methodology of critiquing hadith's sanad (chain of transmission) and matn (the hadith's text itself) and detailing the issues related to them and responding to some of their criticisms. I made sure to highlight the author's stance on many of Hadith's various important issues and of some sects as well. I concluded the research with the most important conclusions that I have reached while researching this topic. I also included my recommendations in commemoration of those great Scholars for their incredible efforts in raising the study of Sharia all while being forgotten by us.
