نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تحقيق ضمان جودة التعليم العالي

Abstract

تناولت في هذه الدراسة مفهوم نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تحقيق ضمان جودة التعليم العالي وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية من أجل ضمان تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي فاتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري أما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستقرائي باستخدام الاستبيان الذي تم توجيهه إلى جميع أساتذة المكلفين بنظام المعلومات بجامعة الزاوية وهي عينة عشوائية، الذي عالجنا به فرضيات الدراسة، وبعد تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وتمثلت أهم النتائج : "وجود دور بين المستلزمات العلمية الحديثة وجودة التعليم العالي. حيث طبقت الدراسة علي جميع أستاذة ورؤساء أقسام المكلفين بجامعة الزاوية والبالغ عدد الكليات بجامعة الزاوية 24 كلية وقد بلغ مجتمع الدراسة 755 من أستاذة وثم أخد عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونه من 151 من أستاذة بالجامعة بواقع 20%من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي وتم تصميم استبانة لهذا الغرض وكان من اهم النتائج التي تم التواصل اليها وجود دور ذات دلالة احصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وجودة التعليم العالي في جامعة الزاوية. وأتضح من خلال التحليل المتحصل عليها تدني الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإدارية وضمان الجودة المتوفر بالجامعة في الاستفادة منه بالشكل المطلوب والمناسب للاحتياجات الجودة والعملية التعليمية. وقد أوصت الدراسة علي العمل علي توفير أجهزة حاسوب حديثة وملائمة لطبيعة العمل وعلي تمكين البرامج المستخدمة من التبادل المرن للمعلومات وتوفير رقابة علي البرامج المستخدمة والعمل علي توفير عدد كافي من الأفراد المتخصصون في حقل المعلومات والاهتمام بنشر ثقافة الجودة في الجامعة وبتحقيق الأداء التعليمي من خلال الأبحاث التعليمية والاهتمام بتوفير كافة الامكانيات والظروف الملائمة لتشجيع الخريجين والأستاذة علي الابتكار والابداع .

abstract In this study I dealt with the concept of management information systems and their role in achieving quality assurance of higher education. This study aimed to highlight the role of management information systems in order to ensure the quality of higher education. We followed in this study the descriptive approach in the theoretical side. As for the practical side, we relied on the inductive approach using the questionnaire. Which was directed to the professors and employees of Zawia University, and it is a random sample, with which we dealt with the hypotheses of the study, and after analyzing and interpreting the results based on the statistical program (SPSS), and the most important results were: “There is a relationship between modern scientific requirements and the quality of higher education. Where the study was applied to all employees and a professor of management information systems and quality assurance of higher education, the number of colleges at Zawia University is 20 colleges, and the study population reached 755 employees and professors, and then took a random stratified sample consisting of 151 employees and a professor at the university by 50% of the total study population and a questionnaire was designed. For this purpose and one of the most important results that have been communicated to The presence of a statistically significant role between management information systems and the quality of higher education at Zawia University. The analysis obtained showed the low interest in management information systems and quality assurance available at the university to make use of it as required and appropriate to the needs of quality and the educational process. The study recommended work to provide modern computers that are appropriate to the nature of work, to enable the programs used to have a flexible exchange of information, to provide control over the programs used, and to work to provide a sufficient number of individuals specialized in the field of information and interest in spreading the culture of quality at the university and achieving educational performance through educational research And attention to providing all the appropriate capabilities and conditions to encourage graduates and professors to innovate and create.
