دراسة المشاكل التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس عند التعامل مع البوابة الالكترونية لجامعة الزاويـــة

Abstract

تهدف جامعة الزاوية لتحسين العملية التعليمية عن طريق رفع كفاءات المشرفين والإداريين والعاملين والطلبة بالتدريب والتأهيل وإدخال برامج ومشاريع تقنية، ورقمية تطويرية جديدة لم تعهدها الساحة الجامعية من قبل. ومن أهم المشاريع مشروع التطوير التربوي والتقني للبوابة الالكترونية بصفتها أحد المشاريع الريادية التي تبنتها جامعة الزاوية والتي تطمح من خلالها فتح برنامج متكامل للتعليم الالكتروني لما له من مميزات لهذا تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد بعض المعوقات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في امتلاك المهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع هذه التقنية الجديدة والاستفادة من الخدمات المتنوعة التي تقدمها لهم في مختلف أماكنهم. حيث من خلال نتائج الدراسة سيتم تحديد درجة المشاكل الناتجة من النواحي الادارية ة والمالية، التقنية والفنية، والمشاكل الناتجة من مندوبي المواقع بالكليات وتأثيرهم على معدل استخدام البوابة الالكترونية للجامعة.

The Zawiya University aims to improve the educational process by raising the competencies of supervisors, administrators, workers and students with continuous training and qualification through the introduction of new technical and digital programs and projects, Among the most important projects is the educational and technical development project for the academic portal, as it is one of the pilot projects adopted by Al-Zawiya University, through which it aspires to open an integrated program for e-learning. That is why this study aims to identify some of the obstacles that faculty members face in possessing the necessary skills to deal with this new technology, where through the results of the study will determine the degree of problems resulting from the administrative, financial, technical and technical aspects, and the problems resulting from the representatives of the sites in colleges and their impact on the rate of use of the university electronic portal.
