Abstract

مستخلص البحث: تأثير استثمار زمن القسم الرئيسي من الدرس بتضمين الواجبات الاضافية للخطة على تنمية بعض مهارات كرة السلة تتطلب كرة السلة من اللاعب بذل أقصى جهد بصوره فرديه يبرز فيها مهارته العالية أثناء اللعب وتعتمد على إتقان المهارات ألأساسيه للعبه بصوره جيده، حتى يستطيع إتقان العمل الفرقي المشترك الذي يتكون من تطبيق الخطط الموضوعية سواء بالدفاع أو الهجوم بكرة السلة شأنها شأن أي لعبه فرقيه بل تزيد عن باقي الألعاب الفرقيه في أنواع الخطط المستخدمة في اللعب . ومن هنا برزت أهمية البحث في تجريب استثمار زمن القسم الرئيسي من الدرس بوساطة الواجب الإضافي على تنمية بعض المهارات في كرة السلة واستخدم المنهج التجريبي على طالبات اعدادية المعتصم المرحلة الخامسة والبالغ عددهن (20) طالبه، وقد تم إجراء التجانس لإفراد عينة البحث في متغيرات(الطول والوزن والعمر), وبعد تقسيم العينة بالطريقة العشوائية إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطه بواقع (10) طالبات لكل مجموعه , تم إيجاد التكافؤ بين المجموعتين في الاختبار القبلي للتهديف السلمي والطبطبة والمناولة الصدرية. في ضوء التجربة الاستطلاعية أعدت الباحثة تمرينات بأسلوب التدريب الدائري وطبقت ضمن منهاج كرة السلة مرحلة الخامس الأعدادي وفي القسم الرئيسي (التمرينات التدريب الدائري) وبمعدل 15 دقيقة وبواقع وحدتين تدريبية في الأسبوع وبمعدل 45 دقيقة للوحدة التدريبية وعلى مدى شهرين . تم استعمال الحقيبة الاحصائيه الجاهزةSPSS لمعالجة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من التجربة على وفق قانون (قانونT للعينات المترابطة و قانون T للعينات المستقلة). واستنتج ان استثمار وقت الدرس بالواجب الإضافي عمل على تنمية بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة السلة , لذا توصي الباحثة باستخدم الواجبات الإضافية واستثمار وقت الدرس من اجل تنمية وتطوير مهارات كرة السلة Abstract The effect of investing time in the main section of the lesson by including additional assignments in theplan on developing some basketball skills
