وجهات نظر الطلاب الليبيين حول التعلم الإلكتروني (التعلم عبر الإنترنت) أثناء جائحة كورونا (COVID-19)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تقييم آراء الطلاب حول فعالية التعلم عن بعد (التعلم عبر الإنترنت) أثناء جائحة كورونا (COVID-19). أجرى الباحث مسحاً عبر الإنترنت لطلاب كلية الطب البشري – جامعة الزاوية و طلاب كلية الصيدلة الجميل – جامعة صبراتة كدراسة حالة، لمعرفة وجهات نظرهم حول تجربتهم للتعلم عبر الإنترنت في الجامعات الليبية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يهدف إلى وصف الحالة، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبيان لعينة من الطلاب. أبرزت نتائج الدراسة أن فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) قد أثر سلباً على التعلم بما في ذلك إغلاق الجامعات، والتحول السريع وغير المخطط له إلى التعلم الإلكتروني. أن التعلم عبر الإنترنت لا يمكن أن يحقق النتائج المرجوة في البلدان النامية مثل ليبيا، حيث لا يستطيع غالبية الطلاب الوصول إلى الإنترنت بسبب المشكلات الفنية والمالية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، هناك تحديات أخرى واجهها الطلاب مثل الافتقار إلى التفاعل وجهاً لوجه مع الأساتذة، و عدم القدرة على الدراسة بفعالية من المنزل، والضعف الشديد في تجهيزات الجامعات الذي أدى بدوره إلى عدم قدرتها للتحول إلى التعلم عن بعد بالشكل المطلوب.

This paper aims to assess students' opinions on the effectiveness of distance learning (online learning) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The author conducted an online survey of students of the Faculty of Medicine - University of Zawia and students of the Faculty of Pharmacy - Al Jamail - University of Sabratah as a case study, to know their views on online learning in Libyan universities. The study relied on the descriptive approach that aims to describe the case, and data was collected through a questionnaire for a sample of students. The results of the study highlighted that the Coronavirus has negatively affected education, including the closure of universities and higher institutes, and the rapid and unplanned shift to e-learning. Online learning cannot achieve the desired results in developing countries such as Libya, where the majority of students cannot access the Internet due to technical and financial problems. In addition, there are other challenges faced by students such as the lack of face-to-face interaction with professors, the inability to study effectively from home, and the severe weakness of university equipment, which in turn led to their inability to switch to distance learning as required.
