مدى جاهزية المؤسسات الليبية غير الربحية في إحداث التطوير التنظيمي لتحسين جودة الأداء المؤسسي.

Abstract

تناول البحث دراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين الرئيسين ، وهما مدى الجاهرية ، التطوير التنظيمي وذلك من خلال معرفة اتجاهات ورأي العاملين في المؤسسات الليبية غير الربحية في أحداث التطوير التنظيمي وذلك لعرض الجودة والتحسين المستمر وتطوير الأداء في المستقبل، تكونت عينة البحث من (67) موظف هيئة أبحاث العلوم الطبيعية والتكنولوجيا ( ( case study، ثم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من بين مجموع موظفين في الهيئة، وقد اعتمد الإحصاء الوصفي لوصف آراء العاملين بهيئة أبحاث العلوم الطبيعية والتكنولوجيا كمؤسسة غير ربحية وقد استخدم الوسط الحسابي ،الانحراف المعياري ،التكرارات، الانحراف المعياري، ومعامل ارتباط الارتباط بيرسون واختبار t ، وأظهرت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة بين مدى جاهزية المؤسسات الليبية الغير ربحية وإحداث التطوير التنظيمي في أنظمتها الإدارية، كما توصلت الدراسة أن مستوى مدى لجاهزية الكلي هو 72% والاتجاه العام جيد جدا( موافق)، وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات منها ضرورة تخصيص موازنة للتطوير التنظيمي بهيئة أبحاث العلوم الطبيعية والتكنولوجية، واستحداث جسم متخصص بأمور التطوير التنظيمي للهيئة، ومعالجة كافة السلبيات التي تعرقل من احداث التطوير التنظيمي في الأنظمة الإدارية للمؤسســــــــات الليبية الغير ربحية ( هيئة أبحاث العلوم الطبيعية والتكنولوجيا)

Abstract The study examined the relationship between the two main variables, the extent of ignorance, organizational development, and through the knowledge of the attitudes and opinions of the employees of the Libyan non-profit organizations in the events of organizational development in order to present the quality and continuous improvement and development of performance in the future. And the study of natural sciences and technology (case study, and random selection of the total staff of the Commission. The descriptive statistics were used to describe the views of the staff of the Natural Sciences and Technology Research Institute as a non-profit organization. The computational mean, standard deviation, the results showed that there is a relationship between the readiness of the Libyan non-profit institutions and the development of organizational development in their administrative systems. The study also found that the total readiness level is 72% and the general trend is very good. Including the necessity of allocating a budget for the organizational development of the Natural and Technological Sciences Research Organization, the development of a specialized body for the organizational development of the Authority, and addressing all the negative aspects that impede the development of organizational development in the administrative systems of Libyan non-profit institutions Natural Sciences Research and Technology
