Pregnancy outcome after hysteroscopy in women with unexplained infertility

Abstract

The aim of this study was to review diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy findings and treatment in women with unexplained infertility to evaluate whether hysteroscopy should be recommended to these patients who had the diagnosis of missed uterine abnormalities and to evaluate the impact of this proposed procedure on subsequent pregnancy outcome for those women.
